PAT
Patrizia is originally from the Alps,
near Mont Blanc and has been living in
Tuscany for over 15 years. She has a degree
in philosophy and a deep passion for the
ancient traditions of her land. Inside
an old folk tale as well as into a regional
recipe she can recognize traces of our
history, symbols of our culture. She cooks
with passion, following family recipes
or creating others by herself. Under her
guidance you'll experience how comfortable
anyone can feel in the kitchen.
For Pat all the five senses are called
into cooking: colors, smells, textures,
tastes, and the sound of the simmering
pot ... And even more than that, because
food needs to be prepared with respect
and gratitude: only this way can it become
nourishment for our body and spirit. Pat
also does massages with crystals and Tibetan
bells, contact with Nature and creative
workshops. |
