A full week in a real Tuscan home, with the company of your hosts, cooking and eating all together, experiencing the local culture visiting open markets, food and art workshops.
On the 4 hands-on cooking classes, following seasonal products and the fruits of our organic garden we’ll cook several tradional family recipes coming from different Italian regions, to experience the large variety of flavors and ingredients that make Italian cuisine so wide and unique.
We could not miss learning about wine! Sergio Falzari, the owner and vinegrower of the biodynamic farm “il Giardino”, will guide you to visit his vineyards, the cellars, tasting the wines and learning about the secrets of wine appreciation.
Beginner and expert cook will all find something new to learn : creativity affect good food more than the many roles.
