TAKE A BITE: Short Cooking Course & Art Tours

Hand-on Traditional Family Italian, Mediterranean and Vegetarian Kitchen with Art Excursions and Fun

4 nights - 5 days all inclusive short cooking holiday to enjoy the tastes of an authentic Tuscan break. Good as a good Italian Panino! Two cooking classes are combined with excursions to art cities, medieval towns, open markets, food and wine producers and art workshops.

16:30 - Cooking class: a Mediterranean dinner

  • Stuffed and baked zucchine
  • Brutti e Buoni
Tuesday Wednesday

8:30 - 9:30 breakfast
9:30 - Visit to Certaldo

13:30 - Lunch:
Assorted local cheeses with honey and fruit

16:30 - Cooking class: a fall dinner

  • Risotto with pumpkin and mushrooms
  • Chicken alla toscan
  • Tuscan salad
  • Crostata with figs and rosemary

9:30 - Visit to the  Baroque monastery in Calci
