OIL: THE TUSCAN GOLD
Hands-on Traditional Family Italian, Mediterranean and Vegetarian Kitchen with Art Excursions, Olive Picking, Olive Oil Making and Fun
6 nights - 7 days all inclusive stay designed for people who like to experience Tuscany
from within it. At Tasty Tuscany we produce our organic extra virgin olive oil and the olive
harvest is for our guests a great chance to be part of one of the most joyful experience of
country life in Tuscany.
Combined with the 3 cooking classes on Traditional Family kitchen, we give here the
chance for a unique experience: picking olives and participating to the process of olive
pressing, and extra virgin olive oil making. An olive oil tasting class, under the guidance
of an expert, is included into the weekly schedule.
This course is available just during the first two weeks of November. Cooking on this time of the year is based on truffles, mushrooms,
pumpkin, stew, and soups. It's winter cooking....and fresh made extra virgin olive oil will be the king in the kitchen.
Daily excursions to art cities, medieval towns, open markets, food and wine producers complete this authentic experience on real
Tuscan life and cooking.
