Designed for people who have already developed a taste for wine, willing to discover more and to double the stake with their nose and palate. Our Advanced wine course will help you to acquire an in-depth knowledge of some of the main wine producing regions of the world, develop your skills as a wine taster and become fully confident about buying, storing and serving wine and matching wine with food.

Two nights stay in a gorgeous farm- house in Tuscany, surrounded by grapes, olive and cypress trees. Great traditional family kitchen based on seasonal products coming from the organic garden and prepared with attention to food and wine combination. A full immersion in the word of wine!

3 two-hour sessions,18 selected Italian wines provided to guide you through the best of Italian oenological production, from north, to center and south.
At each session, you will taste 3 white and 3 red wines 'blind'. Each trio of wines will be made from the same grape variety and sourced from some of the best producers in the world.
Session topics will be:
1. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir
2. Grechetto and Cabernet Sauvignon
3. Riesling and Merlot
4. Verdiccio and Nebbiolo
5. Fiano and Traminer/Lagrain

Special and specific arguments can be covered during the course based on group requests, such as Italian reds, desert wines, southern wine tasting, Barolo tasting, vertical and horizontal tasting, etc, etc.
